In spring 2025, Maelyn led the development and execution of “Give the Gift of Community,” a heartfelt fundraising campaign. As nonprofit messaging continued to shift toward personal, emotionally driven storytelling, she created a fully integrated campaign centered on a simple, powerful idea: that everyone deserves to experience the meaningful moments that make life rich.
At the core was a letter-style appeal—“Dear {First Name}”—designed to feel intimate, reflective, and deeply human. It invited readers to consider the small joys in their own lives and inspired them to help extend those same experiences to over 20,000 Marylanders living with developmental disabilities through the organization’s Community Life Engagement (CLE) Fund.
Maelyn led every aspect of the campaign from start to finish: developing the concept, writing the copy, designing the materials, planning the donor journey, and aligning cross-channel messaging across print, email, and digital.
The result was the organization’s most engaging seasonal appeal to date, grounded in empathy, designed with intention, and delivered with measurable impact.
World Breastfeeding Week
During the summer of 2023, social was trending towards more UGC type content and away from traditional big brand content. To drive Lansinoh brand relevance in a rapidly changing space, Maelyn created a new partnership with a a focus in sourcing female photographers to deliver a powerful emotive campaign. worked with The style was recognizably Lansinoh and beautifully told the story in the way that only great photography can.
Maelyn built the campaign from start to finish – identifying the approach, landing the budget, winning stakeholder support, and delivered the brand’s highest-engagement campaign for this annual promotion.
Pump it Forward
The brief: to build consumer awareness of the Lansinoh brand’s partnership with a charitable foundation that supports mothers in need. Maelyn set the creative vision for the campaign and developed all of the assets to promote this important partnership. The campaign drove a measurable lift in sales and engagement while making a meaningful impact through the donation of breast pumps to new mothers in need.
Lanolin Nipple Cream Campaign
Maelyn played a key role in relaunching Lansinoh’s hero product and created a comprehensive range of materials, including digital ads, social posts, website pages, homepage banners, print work, trade show assets, and posters. Additionally, she developed fun, searchable stickers that moms could use during the campaign. Her work added some fun and whimsy to a more serious product segment while landing the team’s key messages. The campaign revitalized this legacy product, boosting visibility and driving social engagement and conversation.
